Cliff Richards- President Flightline Services, Inc. at Air Force One Pavilion Feb 2005 as Boeing employees reassemble the Boeing 707 after it was trucked to Library from San Bernardino CA airport.
Work began on Air Force One in March 2005. The aircraft had to be painted during construction of the Pavilion.

After the painting process was complete, all bright aluminum had to be polished to restore it to like new condition.
